one of our customers, every time. To achieve this, we’ve introduced
the ServicePLUS GUARANTEE™, featuring a 30-day
no risk return policy. If for any reason you or your surgeon is not
completely satisfied with a surgical instrument, simply let us know
and we’ll refund you the full purchase price.
ServicePLUS Guarantee™*
QUALITY: Each instrument is guaranteed for the life
of the instrument to be free from manufacturer defects. Any instrument
determined to be defective will be replaced at no charge. Each instrument
is guaranteed to be free of rust and corrosion for one year. Upon
evaluation, Millennium will refurbish or replace any instrument showing
signs of rust or corrosion at no charge.
PERFORMANCE: Millennium guarantees that your surgeons
will find the quality, style and performance of our instruments to
be equal to or better than their preferred brand. The instrument you
purchase can be evaluated in surgery for 30 days. If you or your surgeons
are not completely satisfied, you will receive full credit upon return.
PRICE: Millennium guarantees to give you the best
price. Many of our instruments are priced 20- 50% less than other instrument
companies. If you find a lower price, Millennium will beat it by 2%.
*Exclusions and Limitations. Price Guarantee: Lower
price must be current quoted cost for an equivalent quality instrument.
The price must be verifiable and mentioned when placing an order. Performance
Guarantee: This guarantee is in place so a surgeon may evaluate the
quality, style and performance of our instruments. Surgeon trials of
innovative new instruments for new procedures must be arranged under
separate policies. If an instrument is to be returned, it must be returned
in good condition within 30 days of the invoice date. Please call your
representative for return goods information. Quality and Rust Guarantees:
Instruments that are returned because of product defects, corrosion
or rusting will be examined thoroughly. If the instrument shows signs
of poor care or use of harsh chemical agents, a replacement fee may
be charged. |
